In all our developmental initiatives, gender equity concept is integrated. Gender impact and gender integration assessment are being undertaken in all our activities and project. Village level registered mahilasamajams and their regional and central level federations along with men organizations and individuals are constantly trying to generate gender equity. We have developed gender policy, which is guiding us in our interventions. Various programmes including awareness generation, trainings, mahilamandals, women managed enterprises and IGPs, studies, campaign programmes etc are being undertaken.
