Fr. Zucol Dream House (Swapnaveedu) Programme

Fr. L. M. Zucol has been a legend and a visionary and was known as the “House Man”. He had constructed around 7000 houses for the poor and homeless before he took the re-birth in the other world – the heaven. KAIROS wanted to continue his mission joining with other similar minded agencies and individual and has formulated a housing scheme known as “Fr. L. M. Zucol Swapanaveedu Programme” The aim is to help the most deserving, for whom a dwelling place remains a dream, to construct houses. So far we have constructed 18 houses and 20 are under construction. In this effort DSS, Sneha nikethan convent Pattuvam, shanthi sadan society, Conocian convent cherukunnu, Apostolic carmel convent Kannur, Kerala Jesuit Province, Malabar Marian Trust, KAIROS scheme Kurumathhor, Bakkeetha convent Cherukunnu, Vikasana samithi Parakapara, Vikasana samithi Madai, St.Peters church Chalil, Vikasana samithi Aripambra, Vikasana samithi Kuttur, Capuchian province, Vikasana samithi Neruvambram , are the collaborators.
